What does the $29.95 include?
A 30-minute, one-on-one phone conversation with an experienced IEP specialist about your questions, current concerns, and possible next steps.
How soon can I speak with someone?
Appointments are typically available within 48 hours, including weekends. Availability varies by appointment time.
Will I speak with Michelle or Christina?
Your specialist is assigned based on availability. Your call may be with Michelle, Christina, or another member of our IEP team.
Do I need to send my child's IEP?
No documents are required. You are welcome to send your IEP beforehand if you would like. Advance document review is not promised as part of this phone consultation.
What if I miss the specialist's call?
Call back the same number during your scheduled 30-minute appointment window. Your specialist remains available throughout that window.
Can I reschedule?
Give at least 60 minutes' notice to reschedule. Your payment moves to the rescheduled call rather than being refunded. With less than 60 minutes' notice, the original call is charged.
What if SER cannot deliver my appointment?
We will reschedule your consultation and apply your existing payment to the new appointment. The remedy is rescheduling rather than a refund.
Is this available in my state?
Consultations are available across the United States, including New Hampshire.
