If the request is approved, Special Education Resource reserves the right for the refund (the amount partial or full) to be paid in a 30 day to 60 day pay cycle. The Client agrees that he or she has read and understands the description and terms in this Service Agreement and hereby engages their organization to begin all work, services and payments as described herein.

Billing Cancellation:
- Billing cancellations for all monthly and weekly tutoring packages must be received at least 48 hours ahead of your billing date.
Individual Tutoring Sessions:
- NOT-BILLED: Individual tutoring sessions may be canceled and rescheduled if notification is received at least 31 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled session. Simply notify the tutor within that timeframe if you will not be able to attend the scheduled session.
- BILLED: If a session is canceled 30 minutes prior to the start of that session or closer to the start time, that session is automatically billed and cannot be made up on a later day or time.
Make-Up Session Policy:
- Qualified canceled sessions can be scheduled for up to six months after the original session was scheduled to be held.
- If a qualified canceled session cannot be rescheduled, you may request a credit for that specific session on the next billing cycle.
