What Is Needed?

In order to send important information regarding tutoring sessions via text message, we need your permission.

What You Will Receive

1. Session Reminders

We understand life gets busy! That’s why we have a system in place that automatically sends a text message reminder for all previously scheduled sessions. That way, you will have plenty of time to ensure everything is set up and ready for learning!

2. Session Reports

After each tutoring session is done, the educator creates a summary of that session within 48 hours. Receive a text message letting you know the report is ready to be viewed!

3. Canceled Sessions

Sometimes, you or the teacher will need to cancel and reschedule sessions. Receive a text message confirming this change.

What Should I Do Next?

What If I Don't Want Text Messages?

You will still get the email communication you have already opted to receive. However, we have found that most people don’t check emails at the same frequency as text messages. So, from our perspective, the more ways you are able to receive reminders, the higher the likelihood a session will not be missed… that’s why we designed our system to include text messaging in the first place 🙂

What If I Opt-In Now But Later Decide I Don't Want Text Messages?

If you no longer want to receive the reminders via text message, simply text the word “STOP” to opt-out.
