When do I choose my appointment?
Choose your available appointment before entering payment details. Booking and the $29.95 payment are completed together.
Does this include a written report or a second call?
No. The $29.95 offer includes guidance during one 30-minute phone call and practical action steps. A written report and a second call are not included.
What if I cannot find a suitable appointment?
Contact [email protected]. We’ll talk with you to explore a Plan B. If the consultation has not been provided and you need a refund, our unused-service refund policy applies, with refund requests due within 60 days of payment, with the request handled through a personal conversation.
I already paid. What should I do?
Already paid but have not booked your call? Do not purchase again. Email [email protected] using the email address from your purchase. Our team will verify your payment and help book your call without another charge. If you already have an appointment, use its rescheduling link for an eligible change.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you notify your consultant at least 31 minutes before your scheduled call, you may cancel and reschedule. Cancellations 30 minutes before the call or closer to the start time are billed and cannot be made up later.
If you miss your call without notice, the $29.95 charge applies and the call cannot be made up.
Eligible make-up calls can be scheduled within six months of the original appointment. If you need help contacting your consultant, email [email protected].
Personal help when scheduling does not work out
Contact [email protected] if you cannot find a suitable appointment or need your scheduling link. We’ll talk with you to explore a Plan B. If you have not received the call and need a refund, our unused-service refund policy applies, with refund requests due within 60 days of payment; we’ll discuss the request with you personally. Please do not pay again to choose a time.
Approved card refunds take 3–4 business days for funds to arrive after the refund is issued. For billing questions, contact [email protected].
